Detox diet to lose excess weight


Fruits – The detox diet should be rich in fresh fruits, frozen fruits, tinned fruits, canned fruits, dried fruits and fruits in any form. Apples, pears, bananas, oranges, pineapples, grapes, guavas, raspberries, kiwi, cranberries, mangoes are some fruits that are recommend for a detox diet.
