Nowadays there are plenty of quick fix solutions available in the form of pills, diets, and equipment that claim to show you how to losse weight fast and easy, without much effort.

However, many of these so called miracle weight loss plans are not really a viable option as they have not been scientifically proven. One of the first steps in trying to figure out how to losse weight and keep it off as well. There was a time when the term "diet" was synonymous to starvation, monotonous meals made of only boiled vegetables, strenuous exercise and even weight reduction medicines. When it came to it, sometimes "dieting" could mean all of the above together. Those times are thankfully by gone.

In today's world, being thin and being healthy are a world apart. Once you have reached that ideal weight, I design a specific program customized for you so that you can maintain that ideal weight.

How my weight loss program work

When you Join my weight loss program  for the first time you will be asked to register with us and provide enough information for us to ensure you receive the best possible care. You will then see  me or one of our dieticians, who will discuss privately with you your eating habits and lifestyle, then if appropriate, decide how much weight you should aim to losse.

The dietician will ask you a series of questions about your medical history, weigh you want to loss, and discuss your medical history, to see if you are medically fit and able to follow one of our programs

The dieticians will then recommend a particular diet for you to follow, explaining what you should and should not do, then fine tune your eating plan to suit your taste, habits and life style. If appropriate, the dieticians may prescribe some diets which will help you adapt to the new diet.

The dietician will normally ask you to return 2 times in a week's time, if you are not able to come then you can discuss the same on phone or on emails, to check that you are happy with the diet, answer any questions arising from your treatment and check that you are starting to losse weight. This process of regular consultation with the dietician, enabling you to feel comfortable that you are progressing with all the support and encouragement you need.

Depending on your weight at the start of your programme, you should expect to losse between 4-5 Kg or more, in the first month, then 2-3 Kg or more  month thereafter depending on how well you manage to keep to the new eating plan! The number of visits you make to us depends on how much weight you need to losse and how successful you are at your diet.
